WHAT TO EXPECT

Dudley Courtyard

9am - 8:30pm

The day-long event will begin at 9AM. Various fundraising merchandise will be sold throughout the day in addition to raffle tickets and the napkin sketch silent auction. At dark, pumpkin lighting will commence and judges from the community, along with CADC faculty, will select several pumpkins with the best design. Winners will be recognized with prizes and their pumpkins will be auctioned off to raise money for the Auburn University AIAS. Any un-carved pumpkins will available for purchase.

LOCATION

The Dudley Courtyard is located between Dudley Hall and Dudley Commons, which is adjacent to the Graves Amphitheater on the Auburn University campus. After 5 p.m., visitors can park in the South Quad Parking Deck on Lem Morrison Dr. and Duncan Dr.

9:00 AM

CARVING BEGINS

Dudley courtyard has been transformed, pumpkins unloaded, and carving tools at the ready. Pumpkins will be available for carving beginning at 9am.

10 AM - 3 pm

Stop by and listen to the spook-tacular tunes from the WEGL Radio Station!

WEGL RADIO HOSTS

12 PM - 1PM

LUNCH

AIAS Dog Days will be on the grill with hall-o-weiners and boo-urgers!

2:30 PM

SCAVENGER HUNT

Current students are invited to partake in a scavenger hunt around Dudley Hall for the chance to win a prize and spooky bragging rights.

4:00 PM

Thanks to our generous sponsors, our first giveaway winner will be announced.

PIE-A-PROFESSOR

Our silent bidding war for the privilege to honor our beloved faculty by pie will conclude and the pieing shall commence. You won't want to miss this!

JUDGING

A panel of faculty and community members will carefully assess the carved pumpkins for category winners.

NAPKIN SKETCHES

Located in the gallery, the silent auction for napkin sketches submitted by faculty and alumni shall conclude and winners will be contacted.

6:45 PM

PUMPKIN WINNERS

The winning pumpkin for each category will be announced and awarded prizes donated by local businesses.

7:00 PM

RAFFLE WINNERS

With the support of our local businesses, the raffle ticket contest winners will be drawn and announced. Winners must be present to receive prizes.

8:30 PM

PUMPKIN AUCTION

Any remaining carved and uncarved pumpkins will be auctioned off starting at a $5 donation
